Freshdesk brings together all conversations with customers into one help desk tool, be it over email, phone, the web and chat or even conversations over social channels like Facebook and Twitter.
With the Constant Contact-Freshdesk integration, helpdesk agents can look up the most recent email campaigns sent to a customer and the mailing lists that they’re on, and even subscribe and unsubscribe contacts to mailing lists with just the click of a button. They can also transfer Freshdesk contacts into Constant Contact and consolidate their customer database. Campaigns can be sent from within Freshdesk, with stats being available from within the app as well.
